Living in Southwest Florida definitely has its perks. The sunshine, warm breezes, dazzling white beaches and the temperate climate are some of the many reasons why thousands of people migrate here from the North. I know this because I am one of them. When I bought my house here in Sarasota County, the beaches and the fishing were all I was dreaming about. It didn’t take long before I started to notice the mold and mildew that grows on many homes in my neighborhood. Living in Florida is very different than living in the North, and keeping up curb appeal is a year round necessity.
